“I work with painting, drawing, and workshop graphics, especially traditional lithography. If I were to define my artistic/philosophical/ religious views, it is probably the closest to epicureanism, assuming, in a nutshell, that “happiness consists in experiencing pleasure and unhappiness in suffering” [W. Tatarkiewicz, History of Philosophy]. In what I call my creativity, I try to concentrate first of all on feeling/making/producing pleasure, although often the effects of work are paid for with considerable suffering and effort, and the motives of joyful ones transform during work into extremely, ultimately, sad (death), passing away despair). Still, I get a lot of pleasure from what I do, that’s just art-masochism. Therefore, I consider myself a very modern artist, although I work in traditional “media”. ”
